FAQ

  1. Where is your warehouse located?
There is no warehouse. Every product is printed just for you after you order it. We don’t do dusty piles of shirts or mass production. Freshly made is always the best (whether it's butter cookies or T-Shirts).

  2. How long will my order take?
We used to be adventurers like you, but once you deal with courier companies, the light in one's heart slowly fades.
We do have delivery estimates (including both printing and shipping):
    United Kingdom: 7 - 8 business days.
    EU & Switzerland: 4 - 10 business days.
    Canada: 7 - 10 business days.
    USA: 7 - 9 business days.
    Japan: 5 - 7 business days.
    Australia & New Zealand: 5 - 9 business days.
    Iceland & Norway: 9 - 13 business days.

  3. Can I return or exchange my order?
For EU and UK, we offer a 14 days return window. More on this in our Refund Policy section.

  4. What sizes do you offer?
Exact measurements are in the size chart on each product page. Check them before you click “Buy” or risk an accidental crop top.

  5.  Where do you ship from?
Our printing partners are based in Europe, UK, US and Canada.

  6. How should I wash my new shirt?
Wash cold (max. 30°C), inside out. No bleach, no tumble-dryer. Iron inside out if you must - but why are you ironing T-Shirts anyway?

  7. Are your shirts eco-friendly?
We print on demand, which means no overproduction, no landfill fashion. We’re not perfect (speaking for humans, cats not included), but we’re trying to do good in the world.

  8. Can I order a custom design?
Try us. Send us an e-mail at hello@pikiriki.com and tell us what you want, what you really, really want.

  9. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your shirt is printed and shipped, you’ll get a tracking link.

  10. Why should I buy from you?
Because you’ve got great taste, that’s why. Also, our T-Shirts make people smile, offend the right uncles and outlast many relationships.

  11. Will my T-Shirt have cat hair on it?
Not at all, at least not from our cats. The T-Shirts never reach our home, they go straight from the printing centre to your address.
